Webster Hall, which closes this month, announces "The End of an Era" final show

NYC venue Webster Hall, as we know it, closes in just a few days, and will then undergo renovations and be taken over by AEG with Bowery Presents booking. The final show at Webster Hall happens August 10, a night they’re calling “The End of an Era.” Tickets go on sale Thursday, August 3 at 10 AM.

The headliner won’t be announced till August 7, but the show is being presented by The Meadows and the ticket page says “A Special Evening / (Hip-Hop/Rap).” Some of the hip hop artists playing The Meadows this year include Jay-Z, Nas, Migos, Run the Jewels, De La Soul, Joey Bada$$, and LL Cool J. Who do you think it will be?

Nine Inch Nails played Webster Hall last night. You can check out the venue’s final schedule here.

Webster Hall’s current incarnation has been open since 1992 and it was The Ritz before that.
