Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony @ Barclays Center
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony once again takes place at Brooklyn's Barclays Center. This year's inductees are 2Pac, Pearl Jam, Yes, Joan Baez, ELO, and Journey. Neil Young was supposed to induct Pearl Jam, but he's ill and David Letterman will do it instead. Snoop Dogg will induct 2Pac.

LCD Soundsystem @ Brooklyn Steel
Brooklyn Steel's five-night opening celebration continues with master of ceremonies LCD Soundsystem who will hopefully be giving us a taste of their new album.

The Marked Men, Hank Wood and the Hammerheads, Vanity, Dark Thoughts @ Brooklyn Bazaar
Melodic punks The Marked Men’s shows are few and far between so any chance to catch them is one worth taking. This is their second of two Brooklyn shows this week, and the openers are great.

The LOX, Don Flamingo @ Irving Plaza
Jadakiss, Styles P and Sheek Louch released their first album as The LOX in 16 years this past December, and they sound just as fired-up as ever on it.

Michelle Branch @ The Marlin Room at Webster Hall
Today, Michelle Branch releases her first album in 14 (!) years, which Patrick Carney of The Black Keys co-produced. This is the release show, and it's sold out.

The Budos Band, Dead Heavens @ Brooklyn Bowl
Instrumental Daptone Records band The Budos Band touch on everything from Afrobeat to heavy metal. Tonight they begin a two-night stand at Brooklyn Bowl, and this one has post-hardcore legend Walter Schreifels' psych band Dead Heavens opening.

Devotchka @ Mercury Lounge
Having just set sail on a cruise with Gogol Bordello yesterday, Devotchka are back on land and headline this sold-out show tonight.

Son Volt, Anders Parker @ Bowery Ballroom
Jay Farrar has been leading Son Volt for more than 20 years . The band just relaesed Notes of Blue, which, as the title suggests, is inspired by the blues, but “not the standard blues as most know it.”

Advance Base, Karima Walker, Lisa/Liza, Hello Shark @ Our Wicked Lady
Owen Asworth, who once recorded as Casiotune for the Painfully Alone and now records as Advance Base, runs the label Orindal Records and this show is a showcase for the label.

KYLE, Cousin Stizz @ Webster Hall
LA rapper (and Lil Yachty collaborator) KYLE is on the road and hits NYC tonight. It's worth catching Cousin Stizz's opening set too.

Pile, Stove, Big Ups, Gnarwhal @ Sunnyvale
Boston rockers Pile recently released their latest album, A Hairshirt of Purpose, on Exploding In Sound. Tonight’s their second of two NYC shows this week.

Diet Cig, Daddy Issues @ Baby's All Right (early show)
Diet Cig release their new album on Frenchkiss Records today, and celebrate it with two sold-out shows at Baby's All Right. Their peppy live show is sure to bring a smile to your face. The early show is with Daddy Issues and...

Diet Cig, T-Rextasy @ Baby's All Right (late show)
