What's going on Monday?

You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Pusha T @ BB King’s Blues Club
Pusha T has been on a roll lately, with the great late-2015 release King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude followed by this year’s “Drug Dealers Anonymous” single (with Jay Z) that’s set for that album’s sequel, King Push.

RVIVR, The Max Levine Ensemble, Chandeli’ers @ Saint Vitus Bar
RVIVR make raw melodic punk with a purpose, and their shows are always a good time. RVIVR member Erica Freas recently released a collaboartive album with David Combs of The Max Levine Ensemble, who are also on this show. Maybe there will be some on-stage collaboration tonight?

Lydia Lunch (Underground Salon) @ The Roxy Hotel
No wave legend Lydia Lunch will be hosting two free events at NYC’s Roxy Hotel this month featuring “scandalous storytelling” from Lunch, Jerry Stahl, and downtown perennials Bibbe and Zoe Hansen. The show will also feature free jazz sets from her Retrovirus bandmates Weasel Walter and Tim Dahl, as well as Chris Pitsiokos. This is the first.

Valient Thorr, Black Wizard @ Black Bear Bar
If you need a dose of over-the-top hard rock, Valient Thorr have your fix.

2 Dope Queens @ The Bell House
One of the most highly regarded comedy shows in NYC right now, Phoebe Robinson and Jessica Williams host 2 Dope Queens that features lots of special guests. Sold out.

Night Train with Seaton Smith @ Littlefield
Seaton Smith fills in for regular Night Train host Wyatt Cenac, and welcomes guests Sam Morril, Jena Friedman, Brian Babylon, Caleb Synan, Carmen Lagala and more.

Running Late with Scott Rogowsky @ Union Hall
A student of the classic late night talk show, Scott Rogowski hosts his own version, tonight with guests Cristin Milioti, Anna Drezen, Todd Dakotah Briscoe, and Dan Van Kirk.

Def Leppard, REO Speedwagon, Tesla @ Jones Beach
Can’t fight this feeling anymore? Constant desire to have sugar poured on you? Then maybe this double bill of ’70s/’80s arena rock is for you.

Varsity @ Elvis Guesthouse
Varsity make catchy, reverby indie pop. The Chicago band return to NYC tonight.

Joey Fatts, Retroi$awesome, Dave Childz, Maxx Brown, Karim, Kush Kelz @ The Studio at Webster Hall
Part of the Cutthroat Boyz, along with fellow Long Beach rapper and collaborator Vince Staples, Joey Fatts most recently released his fifth tape I’ll Call You Tomorrow in March.
