What's Going on Monday?

You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Nine Inch Nails, Tobacco @ Webster Hall
Surprise! Trent Reznor and co closed out Panorama on Sunday night and then this morning announced NIN would play a very intimate show at Webster Hall (which is closing in a couple weeks).

Michelle Shocked @ City Winery
Acclaimed singer-songwriter Michelle Shocked will perform her classic 1991 album Arkansas Traveller in full.

Night Train w/ Wyatt Cenac @ Littlefield
This is an especially good edition of Night Train, featuring guests John Early, Judah Friedlander, Samantha Ruddy, Sagar Bhatt, and Erica Spera.

Reverend Vince Anderson & The Love Choir @ Union Pool
Rev. Vince has been preaching the gospel on Monday nights in Williamsburg for almost 10 years with his band The Love Choir (that usually includes at least one member of TV on the Radio and often members of The Dap Kings). As always, free.

‘Times Square’ @ Metrograph
Set in grimy 1980 New York City, this cult classic film follows two teenage punk runaways who dub themselves the Sleez Sisters and become media sensations thanks to a late night DJ (Tim Curry). Filmmarker Allan Moyle (who would go on to make Pump Up the Volume and Empire Records),fills this gritty coming-of-age film with a great punk and new wave soundtrack (Ramones, XTC, Joe Jackson, Talking Heads). A great time capsule that has, in some ways, improved with age. Currently out of print on home video (and not on streaming services), here’s a rare chance to see Times Square on 35mm. 4:30 and 9 PM.
