You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight's shows, but here are some highlights...

Princess Nokia, Jarina De Marco @ Elsewhere
NYC rapper Princess Nokia has a high-energy live show that's impossible to be bored during, and she brings that show to Elsewhere tonight (night two of two), in conjunction with the Moniker Art Fair.

Marc Ribot's Ceramic Dog, Nik Bartsch @ (le) poisson rouge
Marc Ribot's Ceramic Dog, which also features Shahzad Ismaily (Secret Chiefs 3, Will Oldham) on bass and drummer Ches Smith (Xiu Xiu, Secret Chiefs 3), just released their new album YRU Still Here? and they celebrate tonight.

Steep Canyon Rangers @ Bowery Ballroom
Having just played two shows with Steve Martin and Martin Short at Beacon Theatre, bluegrass band Steep Canyon Rangers play their own show tonight...might the Two Amigos show up, though?

The Wonder Years, Tigers Jaw, Tiny Moving Parts @ House of Independents
The Wonder Years' excellent new album Sister Cities is the furthest departure from the band's pop punk roots yet, with both their heaviest and their lightest sounds to date. They're on tour now with awesome openers: jangly indie-punks Tigers Jaw, mathy post-hardcore band Tiny Moving Parts, and political pop punks Worriers.

Carpenter Brut, GosT @ Irving Plaza
Carpenter Brut and GosT are among a few modern-day buzzy artists (like S U R V I V E) who pull from '80s synthwave and horror film scores and they continue to rise.

The Dream Syndicate, Richard Lloyd Band, Long Neck, and more @ Hoboken Arts & Music Fest
It's Hoboken's annual free Arts & Music Festival which happens downtown and is headlined by paisley underground icons The Dream Syndicate.

Mel Brooks: The Schwartz Awakens @ New Jersey Performing Arts Center
Ninety-one year old comedy icon Mel Brooks has previously presented screenings of his films Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein, and will now do for his 1987 sci-fi spoof Spaceballs! It’ll be a treat to see the film on the big screen, though surely Mel’s stories and anecdotes will be the real highlight
