What's going on Sunday?

You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Bob Dylan @ Beacon Theatre
The great Bob Dylan continues his intimate ten-night run at Beacon Theatre with his band tonight, which is bound to include many of his most iconic hits, along with some newer material. It’s a chance to see a living legend in a smaller setting, but don’t expect to get any photos out of it, however.

David J. (of Bauhaus, Love and Rockets), Curse Mackey, Rona Rougeheart, Vangeline, Heather Paauwe @ Elsewhere
David J has been in the spotlight again with Bauhaus’ reunion shows, but he’s long been a great songwriter in his own right, having released a number of solo records, not to mention his work with Love & Rockets. Tonight, he takes part in a special Performa tribute celebrating the 100 year centennial of the Bauhaus School of Art + Design.

Gavin Rayna Russom @ National Sawdust
LCD Soundsystem synth wizard and electronic solo artist Gavin Rayna Russom presents “Physicality Rev 3: One Woman Show” which is the final night of her National Sawdust residency.

Fleabag: The Scriptures with Phoebe Waller-Bridge @ Town Hall
Phoebe Waller-Bridge will discuss her amazing series Fleabag, and it’s new companion book, hot priests and more with New York Times writer Taffy Brodesser-Akner at this event.

The Doobie Brothers @ St. George Theatre
It was just announced that The Doobies will reunite with Michael McDonald next year for a big tour, but they but they have no problem takin’ it to the street without him.

NJ deathcore band Fit For An Autopsy’s new album The Sea of Tragic Beasts came out earlier this year, and they’re back in NYC tonight. Get there early for hardcore/death metal blenders Fuming Mouth, who released their very good debut album The Grand Descent on Triple B back in June.

C.L. Smooth @ S.O.B.’s
CL Smooth helped define ’90s NYC rap as we know it with his classic albums with Pete Rock, and he’s still at it today.

Snoh Aalegra, Baby Rose, Giveon @ Webster Hall
Persian-Swedish R&B singer Snoh Aalegra is riding high off the strength of this year’s very solid – Ugh, those feels again, and she brings her tour to Webster Hall tonight.
