You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight's shows, but here are some highlights...

Dave Chappelle @ Gramercy Theatre
With three Netflix specials on the way, Dave Chappelle is back in a big way. He's been no stranger to NYC clubs like Gramercy Theatre where he regularly performs, like this show which he just announced on Friday.

Aretha Franklin tribute rehearsal show @ City Winery
Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin recently announced her retirement, and she's also the artist being honored at City Winery founder Michael Dorf's annual tribute concert at Carnegie Hall. That concert is tomorrow, but first they always do a rehearsal show at City Winery where most of the Carnegie lineup shows up. No word on exactly who's playing tonight besides Antibalas, but we may see Todd Rundren, Richard Thompson or Bettye LaVette.

Anvil, Night Demon, Graveshadow @ The Studio at Webster Hall
Canadian heavy metal vets and much-loved documentary stars, Anvil are back out on the road. Opening is NWOBHM revivalists Night Demon.

Pyrrhon, Skryptor, Xaddax @ Trans-Pecos
Local tech-death freaks will grace their hometown with another of their powerful shows tonight.

Crocodiles, AJ Davilla, Adore Acevedo, Kristin Kontrol (DJ) @ Berlin
Crocodiles have been making JAMC-inspired noisepop for the better part of a decade; AJ Davila fronted Puerto Rican rabble-rousers Davila 666 and continues to make a racket as a solo artist.

Capt. Kirk Douglas (The Roots), Adrien Reju, Andy Stack, Gilmar Gomes, Superette (ft. Nels Cline of Wilco), Rock Rage, Control The Sound @ Littlefield
This is the fourth-annual “Brooklyn Boogie Brunch” featuring food and a bunch of musical acts benefiting a neighborhood school.
