You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Hammered Hulls, SAVAK, Fake Names @ Union Pool
For fans of the ’80s/’90s scene, this is a pretty unmissable show, featuring the NYC live debut of Hammered Hulls (Mary Timony, Alex McKaye, more), the first show from Fake Names (members of Minor Threat, Refused, Bad Religion) and SAVAK (Edsel, more). Sold out.

Gary Bartz, Pharoah Sanders @ Le Poisson Rouge
Winter Jazzfest continues with the double bill of sax icons.

Cannabis Corpse, Dehumanized, Blame God, Oxalate Saint Vitus
Punny weed-loving death metallers Cannabis Corpse are gearing up for a big tour this spring, but first, they’re gracing Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus with this one-off tonight.

Ask Me Another w/ Terry Crews @ The Bell House
Just in time to plug the new season of Brooklyn Nine Nine (now on NBC), Terry Crews is in the hot seat tonight for NPR’s quiz show podcast (part of the Brooklyn Podcast Festival).

Dr Gameshow Live @ Union Hall
Jo Firestone and Manolo Moreno’s Earwolf podcast Dr. Gameshow was recently canceled but here’s a live edition — part of the Brooklyn Podcast Festival — full of untested games and hilarity. We’re hoping someone else picks it up.

The Juan MacLean (DJ) @ Elsewhere Loft
The newly remodeled Loft at Elsewhere (now more technicolor) is hosting Juan Maclean every Thursday this month. He’ll have special guests at the following nights, but for the kickoff he’s doing a six-hour marathon set. 8 PM – 2 AM, free with RSVP.

For all of tonight’s shows, and tomorrow’s, check out our NYC concert calendar.
