You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight's shows, but here are some highlights...

Peter Bjorn and John, Okay Kaya @ Baby's All Right
With new album Breakin’ Point on the way, Swedish pop greats Peter Bjorn and John are in town for their first NYC shows in nearly five years. Sold out.

Local H @ Bowery Ballroom
'90s alt-rock lifers Local H are still a fairly consistent studio band, having released Hey, Killer last year, but right now they're doing the nostalgia thing and celebrating the 20th anniversary of their sophomore album As Good as Dead (that's the one with their hit "Bound for the Floor"). They'll perform the album in full tonight.

Hess Is More, Leverage Models, Superhuman Happiness @ Good Room
Pulling from krautrock, jazz and early-'00s DFA, Hess is More are a precision groove machine live, especially when bandleader Mikkel Hess joins on a second drumkit. They play tonight with '80s new-romatic inspired Leverage Models.

Fat White Family, Dilly Dally, Roya @ Le Poisson Rouge
Reeking of danger and other smells, Fat White Family play their second of two headlining shows, tonight with Canadian band Dilly Dally and locals Roya.

Norman Westberg, Algis Kizys, Lynn Wright @ Union Pool
Longtime Swans member Norman Westberg is in the current version of the band, which is ending after their new album comes out, but he's a solo artist too and celebrates his new album tonight.

NRBQ, Los Straightjackets @ BB King's
Terry Adams is the only remaining original member, but the “world’s greatest bar band” still have a great catalog of under-appreciated pop gems to choose from.

Cake Shop Comedy @ Cake Shop
If you miss Big Terrific and Hannibal Buress’ Sunday night show at Knit, and are looking for a new free, weekly comedy show that happens in a rock club and sometimes has big name talent stop by unexpectedly, “Cake Shop Comedy” might do the trick.
