You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

The Killers, Alex Cameron @ Barclays Center
The Killers’ recent albums haven’t been so hot (the new one does have a couple jams though), but Killers shows are always full of all the fan favorites and they really know how to put on a stunning performance. They’re at the Barclays tonight and MSG on Friday, and making these shows extra exciting is Australia’s Springsteen-meets-Nick-Cave-ish Alex Cameron (whose latest album features Killers singer Brandon Flowers).

Vijay Iyer Sextet @ Birdland (two shows)
After a few trio and duo albums, Vijay Iyer released his first album with his sextet, Far From Over, last year, and it’s an excellent, modern twist on post-bop. He and his sextet play two shows at Birdland tonight.

Valley Lodge, Falling Stars @ Mercury Lounge
When he’s not busy being a comedian, Dave Hill fronts indie rock band Valley Lodge. Did you know their song “Go” is the theme for Last Week Tonight with John Oliver?

Springsteen on Broadway
Back from holiday break, The Boss is currently resumes his completely sold-out “Springsteen on Broadway” run at the Walter Kerr Theatre, which has now been extended through June! At these shows, Bruce plans to give fans shows “that are as personal and as intimate as possible.”

Peter Yarrow @ City Vineyard
One third of folk icons Peter Paul & Mary, Peter Yarrow plays City Vineyard’s “Voices on the Hudson” series tonight. There’s only 100 seats for shows in this series, so it”ll be a very intimate performance.
