Whores play Saint Vitus in new music video & on upcoming tour (watch)
After kicking around for a few years and releasing a handful of EPs and splits, Atlanta post-hardcore/sludge/noise rippers Whores released their debut album Gold in 2016. We’ve now got the premiere of the video for “Mental Illness As Mating Ritual” from that album, which splices footage of the band performing at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus with footage of a strange, veiled man. It was produced, directed, shot, and edited by Shane Harrington, and the Vitus footage was shot by Frank Huang. Watch below.
Whores also have tons of tour dates coming up, including a a run opening for Darkest Hour and a headlining run with support from Helms Alee and Bummer.
Right after the run with Darkest Hour, Whores return to Saint Vitus (2/26) for a headlining show with Primitive Weapons, Plaque Marks, and one more TBA (tickets). All dates are listed below.
