Willie Nelson has been on his 2019 Outlaw Music Festival tour, having just played Toledo, Ohio's Huntington Center last night (8/7), and sadly he has been forced to cancel the remainder of his August dates for health reasons. "To my fans, I’m sorry to cancel my tour, but I have a breathing problem that I need to have my doctor check out. I’ll be back. Love, Willie," he wrote on Twitter. Cancelled dates include the stops in Grand Rapids, MI; Huntington, WV; Florence, SC; Charlottesville, VA; Greenville, SC; and Greensboro, NC.

His publicist confirmed to Rolling Stone that his tour will resume on September 6, meaning he will still play the NYC show on September 11 at Forest Hills Stadium, the annual Farm Aid, and the many other dates he has scheduled through this fall. Updated tour schedule here.
