Willie Nelson brought his Outlaw Music Festival Tour to the NYC metro area for two shows, first at Holmdel, NJ's PNC Bank Arts Center on Friday (9/8), and then Jones Beach Theater on Saturday (9/9), both of which included Willie headlining, alongside his son's band Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real, and other guests Margo Price, Sheryl Crow, The Avett Brothers, and Particle Kid.

Setlists at the two shows were similar. Willie's set featured some of his most famous songs, including "On the Road Again," "Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys," and "Always on My Mind." Other highlights from the shows: Lukas Nelson and Sheryl Crow performing a cover of The Allman Brothers Band's "Midnight Rider," and The Avett Brothers covering Bob Dylan's "I Shall Be Released." Sheryl Crow, Margo Price and The Avett Brothers joined Willie at the end of the night to perform a medley of "Will The Circle Be Unbroken," "I'll Fly Away," and a cover of Hank Williams' "I Saw The Light." You can view photos, videos from both NYC area shows, and Willie Nelson's setlist from the PNC show, below.

Meanwhile, Sheryl Crow has announced a new NYC-area show for her fall headlining tour, which will happen at Port Chester's Capitol Theatre on November 10. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 15 at noon. All dates, which include a couple more Outlaw Music Fest shows, are listed below.
