As mentioned, The Bronx's Universal Hip Hop Museum and Mass Appeal are putting on a massive livestreamed hip hop event, Hip Hop Loves NY, today (4/23) at 6-9 PM ET. The initial lineup included Ice-T, Chuck D, Fab 5 Freddy, Mike Epps, Naughty by Nature, De La Soul, Ja Rule, Biz Markie, Nore, Roxanne Sante, Kurtis Blow, Big Daddy Kane, Stretch & Bobbito, and Special Ed, and now a bunch of new additions have been added.

The newly-added artists include Nas, LL Cool J, Wu-Tang Clan, Remy Ma and Papoose, DMC, DJ EFN, Doug E Fresh, Dave East, Kid N Play, Sugarhill Gang, Amin, Milk D of Audio Two, Chuck Chillout, Chubb Rock, DJ Q Bert, DJ Shortkut, MC Shan, Kwame, Smooth B, Sway Calloway, Soul Sonic Force, Lords of the Underground, Daddy O, Black Ice, Rich Nice, Raja Kumari, Divine, 070 Phi, DJ Silky D, Bahamadia, Medusa, Nhandi, DJ Battlecat, Too $hort, Flex Alexander, Large Professor, Pete Nice, Zulu Queen Lisa Lee, Wavvy Jones, Sweet Tee, Awesome Two, Karim Diane, Rae Lauren, Busy Bee, DJ Cherish the Luv and Ma Dukes, Miss Karissa B, Milk Dee, Dana Dane, Mr. Briggs, Van Silk, Angie Stone, The Breakfast Club, Rob Base, Paradise Gray, Craig G, and more.

The virtual event will also feature some NYC public officials, including Mayor Bill de Blasio, Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., Public Advocate Humane Williams, City Council Majority Leader Laurie Cumbo, State Assemblyman Michael Blake, and Deputy Mayor Phillip Thompson.
