Yo La Tengo all-covers Requestathon happening for WFMU Pledge Drive this weekend

It’s WFMU‘s Pledge Drive time and, as they’ve done for the last 23 years, Yo La Tengo will be coming in on Saturday, March 9 from 3-6PM Eastern to play a live, all-covers requestathon with hosts Todd-o-Phonic Todd and Gaylord Fields. Pledge $100 or more to WFMU and Yo La Tengo will learn your request and play it on air. Who will request “Shallow?” “Thank U, Next?” “Baby Shark?” Pledge and request here. Or just pledge, WFMU needs your help. The show will not be archived so you’ll have to tune in live.

Yo La Tengo are opening for Trey Anastasio in Los Angeles in April, and will sail with Belle & Sebastian for the Boaty Weekender in August.
